DAVID T BECHTOL, DVM
Photography
David’s photography started early in veterinary career with interest in veterinary food animal medicine and general agriculture.
In 1985 I had the opportunity to travel to Krueger National Park, South Africa as a consultant to vaccinate Roan Antelope for anthrax from a helicopter. An experience I will never forget. After spending eighteen days in Krueger, I became “hooked” on conservation and wildlife/nature photography.
Currently I specialize in wildlife/nature photography including scenic and landscapes of the southwest USA and several foreign countries.
I have been in partnership with Mary Bechtol, wife and artist in our Bechtol Fine Arts Gallery/Studio building located at 16851 Hope Road Canyon, Texas.
